Role: Digital Marketer
Salary: 30,000–40,000 BDT (Based on experience)
Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka (On-site)

• Lead strategic marketing campaigns for exciting brands

What You’ll Be Doing
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other channels
• Optimize websites and content for SEO and SEM to improve organic leads
• Develop engaging content plans for blogs, social media, email newsletters, etc.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPL, CPA)
• Manage and grow online communities across platforms
• Collaborate with team to align marketing with product goals
• Stay updated with digital trends, AI tools, and algorithm updates
What You Bring
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
• Solid understanding of Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
• Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Familiarity with content strategy, social media calendars, and campaign management
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva’s AI
• Creative thinker with analytical skills—comfortable with both data and design
